Free Day Terms and Conditions

The following terms and conditions apply to the 'Have a Day on Us' offer in conjunction with normal terms and conditions.

1. Full Day at Half Price

WyredMedia offers new customers a full day's onsite consultancy for the price of one half-day when this offer is mentioned, and this must be taken in one day unless specifically agreed in writing, whereupon it may (at WyredMedia's discretion) be taken in two half-days.

2. Refund of Half Day upon Further Engagement

Where the initial day's consultancy leads to the commission of further, directly related, work from WyredMedia by the same client within a 14 days of the completion of that full day, and where that further work is of at least one full day in length, WyredMedia will credit to the client the cost of a half-day.

3. Restrictions and Right of Refusal

This offer is applicable to new customers of WyredMedia, but we reserve the right to refuse to undertake work for any reason, and this offer will not prejudice any such decision.

4. 'New Customers'

A 'new customer' is one not having done business with WyredMedia previously. By 'customer', we mean the company or corporate entity, not the individual contact. However, we do recognise that many organisations operate with separate teams, departments and budgets so we are at liberty to waive this restriction, entirely at our discretion.

5. Validity

The offer effectively extends the New Year 2011 offer and is therefore effectively active from 1st January 2011; however it may be amended or withdrawn at any time and, whilst we will undertake to remove all publicity materials concerning the offer as and when it is withdrawn, we do not undertake to give any notice, nor any reason for the withdrawal.

Our offer is genuine, so this isn't a huge legal document: our aim is to give you exceptional value for money and to show you how our expertise can be of benefit to you and your organisation.
